The baby hearts of romaine are perfection and the sharpness of the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and creaminess of the dressing made it an excellent salad. What makes it unique is the polenta croutons. I chose a Caesar salad to start and it did not disappoint. I ordered a piña colada and Dara ordered a beer.
